| 背景介紹 | Interleukin 16 (IL-16) is a cytokine that is released by a variety of cells (including lymphocytes and some epithelial cells) that has been characterized as a chemoattractant for certain immune cells expressing the cell surface molecule CD4. The protein encoded by this gene is a pleiotropic cytokine that functions as a chemoattractant, a modulator of T cell activation, and an inhibitor of HIV replication. The signaling process of this cytokine is mediated by CD4. The product of this gene undergoes proteolytic processing, which is found to yield two functional proteins. |

如果是直接做實驗，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱

Q5:因子到貨了，里面有兩管溶液，一個是水，一個是海藻糖溶液，用哪一個稀釋呢？
1、將裝有細胞因子的管子放入小離心機內(nèi)短暫離心20~30s（離心機最大轉(zhuǎn)速即可），使附著在管壁的微量蛋白聚集在管底； 2、先用無菌水溶解因子，很少量水即可溶解因子，注意計算溶解后濃度不低于100 μg/mL； 3、用贈送的含海藻糖的PBS溶液進一步稀釋到您實驗合適的濃度即可，然后分裝后放入-20℃以下保藏； 4、因子復融重懸過程應(yīng)輕柔，不可以震蕩渦旋。
