| 背景介紹 | Interferon gamma Receptor 1 (IFNGR1) encoded by the IFNGR1 gene, is a single-pass type 1 membrane Protein which belongs to the type II Cytokine Receptor family. IFNGR1 is phosphorylated at Ser/Thr residues after translation. IFNGR1 is a Receptor for interferon gamma, two Receptors bind one interferon gama dimer. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. |

如果是直接做實驗，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱
