產(chǎn)品概述
Ham's F-12營養(yǎng)混合物(Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture)是由Ham在1969年以Ham's F-10營養(yǎng)混合物為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計而成的,最初用于CHO細胞的無血清培養(yǎng)。Ham's F-12常作為無血清培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)液,在低血清含量下時,特別適合單細胞培養(yǎng)和克隆化培養(yǎng),添加血清后也廣泛應(yīng)用于癌細胞和原代細胞的培養(yǎng),如大鼠肝細胞、大鼠前列腺上皮細胞、軟骨細胞、大鼠成肌細胞、雞胚胎細胞等。此外,Ham's F-12與DMEM等體積混合后,得到的DMEM/F12培養(yǎng)基營養(yǎng)更為豐富,使用更為廣泛。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
