背景描述 | TM4細(xì)胞在FSH的作用下cAMP產(chǎn)量增加,但對(duì)LH無(wú)反應(yīng);TM4細(xì)胞與原代Sertoli細(xì)胞相比,對(duì)FSH的反應(yīng)性降低。據(jù)報(bào)道,TM4細(xì)胞組成性纖溶酶原激活物的產(chǎn)量很低,但可被FSH刺激產(chǎn)生,受維甲酸刺激可有大幅增高。TM4細(xì)胞可產(chǎn)生視黃醇結(jié)合蛋白、組織纖溶酶原激活物和轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白;TM4細(xì)胞表達(dá)FSH受體、雄激素受體和孕激素受體;鼠痘病毒陰性。 |
