產(chǎn)品概述
MEM/F12培養(yǎng)基是在MEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ)上,添加F12培養(yǎng)基中更為豐富的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,含有多種微量元素,廣泛應(yīng)用于多種哺乳類細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。同時(shí),MEM/F12培養(yǎng)基常作為開發(fā)無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ),也適用于低血清含量下哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)以及克隆密度培養(yǎng)。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無(wú)機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長(zhǎng)因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無(wú)血清添加物使用。
