背景描述 | EA.hy926細(xì)胞是在PEG脅迫下,將原代培養(yǎng)的人臍靜脈細(xì)胞與抗硫鳥嘌呤的A549克隆株融合,構(gòu)建的一株人臍靜脈細(xì)胞株。融合子在HAT培養(yǎng)基上生長(zhǎng),并以Ⅷ因子相關(guān)抗原篩選,EA.hy926細(xì)胞已經(jīng)過(guò)100次以上的群體倍增(PDLs)。電鏡照片顯示,Weibel-Palade小體的細(xì)胞質(zhì)分布以及組織特異性的細(xì)胞器,分化的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞特性如血管生成,體內(nèi)平衡-血栓形成,血壓及炎癥反應(yīng)。 |
