背景描述 | HL-60細(xì)胞是一株早幼粒細(xì)胞;HL-60細(xì)胞源自一位患有急性粒-單核細(xì)胞白血病的36歲白人女性。HL-60細(xì)胞自發(fā)分化,丁酸鹽、次黃嘌呤、佛波醇、肉豆蔻酸、DMSO(1%-1.5%)、放線菌素D和視黃酸均可以促進(jìn)分化。HL-60細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出吞噬活性,并對(duì)趨化刺激有響應(yīng);HL-60細(xì)胞致癌基因myc表達(dá)陽(yáng)性。 |
