背景描述 | U-937細(xì)胞是由Sundstrom和Nilsson于1974年建立,取材于患組織細(xì)胞淋巴瘤病人的胸水。研究表明:U-937細(xì)胞能被人混合淋巴細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清,佛波脂、維生素D3、γ干擾素、腫瘤壞死因子和維甲酸誘導(dǎo)終末單核細(xì)胞分化。U-937細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白產(chǎn)物和EB病毒表達(dá)為陰性;U-937細(xì)胞表達(dá)Fas抗原且對(duì)TNF和抗-Fas抗體敏感。 |
