背景描述 | 連續(xù)細(xì)胞株K-562是由Lozzio從一位臨終的53歲女性慢性骨髓性白血病患者的胸水中建立。K-562細(xì)胞被歸入高度未分化的粒性白細(xì)胞類,Erson等對(duì)其表面膜性質(zhì)的研究表明,K-562細(xì)胞是一株人類紅白血病細(xì)胞。K-562細(xì)胞在自然殺傷分析中廣泛作為高敏感的體外受體,See Pross等將K-562細(xì)胞用于NK細(xì)胞的體外詳細(xì)檢測(cè),包括NK細(xì)胞活性的數(shù)學(xué)量化。K-562母細(xì)胞是多能性造血惡性細(xì)胞,它能自發(fā)分化成可識(shí)別的紅血球祖細(xì)胞、粒性白細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞等。K-562細(xì)胞是EBNA陰性的。 |
