背景描述 | C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8細(xì)胞是由C·Reznikoff等人于1972從C3H系小鼠胚胎細(xì)胞分離。C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8細(xì)胞對(duì)過(guò)度長(zhǎng)滿的細(xì)胞有絲分裂抑制非常敏感,在同源小鼠中不產(chǎn)生腫瘤,無(wú)自然轉(zhuǎn)化的背景;C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8細(xì)胞也不含明顯內(nèi)源性轉(zhuǎn)化鼠類白血病或肉瘤病毒。 |
