產(chǎn)品概述

MEM培養(yǎng)基(Minimum Essential Medium)也稱最低必需培養(yǎng)基、最小基本培養(yǎng)基或低限量Eagle培養(yǎng)基,由Harry Eagle在Eagle基本培養(yǎng)基(BEM)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來的,是一種最基本、適用范圍最廣的培養(yǎng)基,是動(dòng)物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中最常用的培養(yǎng)基之一。MEM培養(yǎng)基僅含有12種必需氨基酸、谷氨酰胺和8種維生素,成分簡(jiǎn)單,主要用于貼壁細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng),配方修改后也可用于其他類型細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)。

MEM含NEAA(非必須氨基酸)的培養(yǎng)基,是在MEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ)上添加L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-天(門)冬酰胺、L-天(門)冬氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-絲氨酸和甘氨酸7種NEAA,能降低細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)時(shí)細(xì)胞自身生產(chǎn)非必須氨基酸的副作用,有效促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖代謝。

本產(chǎn)品含有多類細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長(zhǎng)因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
