背景描述 | 注意:據(jù)報(bào)道來(lái)自不同個(gè)體的膠質(zhì)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞株U-118 MG(HTB-15)和U-138 MG(HTB-16)有著一致的VNTR和相近的STR模式。U-118 MG(HTB-15)和U-138 MG(HTB-16)細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)上很相似并有至少六個(gè)衍生標(biāo)記染色體。這是1966-1969年間J·Ponten和其同事從惡性神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤中構(gòu)建的細(xì)胞株中的一株(其它包括HTB-14、HTB-16和HTB-17)。1987年,用BM-Cycline培養(yǎng)6周去除了U-118 MG(HTB-15)細(xì)胞支原體污染。 |
