產(chǎn)品概述
Leibovitz's L-15培養(yǎng)基的緩沖系統(tǒng)由磷酸鹽和游離堿基氨基酸組成,代替了傳統(tǒng)的碳酸氫鈉緩沖系統(tǒng),同時(shí),用半乳糖和丙酮酸鈉代替葡萄糖可以防止酸性代謝副產(chǎn)物的形成,有助于維持培養(yǎng)液PH的穩(wěn)定,適合用于非CO2平衡環(huán)境的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)。Leibovitz's L-15培養(yǎng)基適用于猴腎細(xì)胞和HEP-2的培養(yǎng)、原代(如胚胎和成人組織)細(xì)胞分離、多種病毒的培養(yǎng)以及神經(jīng)元的培養(yǎng)等。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
