背景描述 | CFPAC-1細(xì)胞是胰腺管腺癌細(xì)胞系,建自26歲白人男性囊性纖維變性(CF)的肝轉(zhuǎn)移灶。CFPAC-1細(xì)胞表達(dá)囊性纖維變性跨膜調(diào)節(jié)因子(CFTR),CFPAC-1細(xì)胞形態(tài)為上皮細(xì)胞樣且頂端微絨毛極化。CFPAC-1細(xì)胞表達(dá)胰腺管細(xì)胞特征性的細(xì)胞角蛋白和癌胚抗原,倍增時(shí)間為30-32小時(shí)。CFPAC-1細(xì)胞是亞3倍體的細(xì)胞系,36%的細(xì)胞的染色體模式數(shù)為75。CFPAC-1細(xì)胞傳代至24代時(shí),可在免疫抑制小鼠中致瘤。 |
