背景描述 | 這株人胰腺癌細(xì)胞株P(guān)ANC-1源自于胰腺癌導(dǎo)管細(xì)胞。PANC-1細(xì)胞倍增時(shí)間為52小時(shí),G6PD活性處于低泳動(dòng)性的B型。染色體研究表明,PANC-1細(xì)胞模式數(shù)目為63,包括3個(gè)獨(dú)特標(biāo)記的染色體和1個(gè)小環(huán)狀染色體。PANC-1細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)可被1U/ml的左旋天冬酰胺酶抑制;PANC-1細(xì)胞能在軟瓊脂上生長(zhǎng),亦能在裸鼠上成瘤。 |
