背景描述 SW480 [SW-480]細(xì)胞源自原位直腸腺癌,和SW620細(xì)胞源自同一病人一年后的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移。CSAp和直腸抗體3陰性;角蛋白免疫過(guò)氧化物酶染色陽(yáng)性。p53基因第273位密碼子的G→A突變引起Arg→His替代,309位密碼子的C→T突變導(dǎo)致Pro→Ser替代。細(xì)胞p53蛋白表達(dá)水平提高,癌基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、N-ras、myb、sis和fos的表達(dá)呈陽(yáng)性,癌基因N-myc的表達(dá)未做檢測(cè)。SW480 [SW-480]細(xì)胞不表達(dá)細(xì)胞溶解酶,一種與腫瘤入侵相關(guān)的金屬蛋白酶。有報(bào)道稱(chēng),SW480 [SW-480]細(xì)胞表達(dá)GM-CSF。SW480 [SW-480]細(xì)胞ras原癌基因的12位密碼子有一個(gè)突變,可以用作PCR法檢測(cè)該突變的陽(yáng)性對(duì)照。1978年11月,A·Leibovitz將其提交給ATCC時(shí)已傳代至第91代。
