背景描述 | RKO細(xì)胞是一個(gè)低分化的結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞系。RKO細(xì)胞含有野生型p53,但缺乏人甲狀腺受體核受體(h-TRβ1)。RKO細(xì)胞的p53蛋白的水平高于RKO-E6細(xì)胞,RKO細(xì)胞是RKO-E6細(xì)胞和RKO-AS45-1細(xì)胞的親本細(xì)胞系。RKO細(xì)胞在裸鼠中成瘤,且在軟瓊脂中形成集落。 |
