背景描述 Caco-2細(xì)胞分離自直腸原位癌;當(dāng)長(zhǎng)到滿時(shí),Caco-2細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出特征性的腸上皮細(xì)胞分化。Caco-2細(xì)胞表達(dá)維甲酸結(jié)合蛋白I和維甲酸結(jié)合蛋白Ⅱ,并呈角質(zhì)蛋白陽(yáng)性。
