注意事項(xiàng) | 1.細(xì)胞貼壁慢特別是剛復(fù)蘇時(shí),一般兩到三天貼壁展開,會(huì)有空泡;2.細(xì)胞在傳代細(xì)胞中注意消散,不然難貼壁;3.成片狀生長(zhǎng),細(xì)胞密度越大,表面空泡黑點(diǎn)越多;4.一般細(xì)胞長(zhǎng)至80%傳代,細(xì)胞成片,其實(shí)密度很大;5.細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)太滿對(duì)細(xì)胞狀態(tài)影響嚴(yán)重,傳代后易碎,死亡;6.細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間越久,消化難度也會(huì)隨之增加;消化到輕拍培養(yǎng)瓶側(cè)邊細(xì)胞可以滑落的時(shí)候可以終止。 |
背景描述 | Caco-2細(xì)胞分離自直腸原位癌;當(dāng)長(zhǎng)到滿時(shí),Caco-2細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出特征性的腸上皮細(xì)胞分化。Caco-2細(xì)胞表達(dá)維甲酸結(jié)合蛋白I和維甲酸結(jié)合蛋白Ⅱ,并呈角質(zhì)蛋白陽(yáng)性。 |
