背景描述 | U-2 OS細胞(原名2T)是由Ponten·J和Saksela·E在1964年從一名15歲女孩的脛骨中等分化的肉瘤中分離建立的。U-2 OS細胞與WI-38細胞共培養(yǎng)或用抗猴空泡病毒SV40、呼吸道合胞病毒RSV或腺病毒的補體結(jié)合試驗(CF法)未檢測到病毒。U-2 OS細胞表達胰島素樣生長因子I、II(IGF-I、IGF-II)受體和骨肉瘤衍生生長因子(ODGF)。 |
