產(chǎn)品概述
McCoy's 5A培養(yǎng)基是Thomas McCoy等人在1959年設(shè)計的培養(yǎng)基,最初專門用于Novikoff Hepatoma細胞的培養(yǎng)。McCoy's 5A培養(yǎng)基是改良的Basal Medium 5A,與其他培養(yǎng)基不同的是,McCoy's 5A含有還原型谷胱甘肽、細菌蛋白胨以及高濃度的葡萄糖。McCoy's 5A廣泛用于多種類型的原代細胞的培養(yǎng),如骨髓、皮膚、牙齦、腎、脾、肺、大鼠胚胎、網(wǎng)膜等。此外McCoy's 5A培養(yǎng)基還用于組織活檢培養(yǎng)、細胞建系,以及一些淋巴細胞和較難培養(yǎng)的細胞的培養(yǎng)。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
