Ham's F-12K培養(yǎng)基是Ham's F-12營養(yǎng)混合物的Kaighn's改進(jìn)型,在Ham's F-12的基礎(chǔ)上提高了氨基酸和丙酮酸的濃度,降低了葡萄糖的用量,并修改了鹽的成分和含量(Konigsbergs)。Ham's F-12K培養(yǎng)基最初設(shè)計(jì)用于培養(yǎng)原代人肝細(xì)胞以及分化的大鼠和雞的細(xì)胞。

本產(chǎn)品含有多類細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
