背景描述 | NCI-H520細(xì)胞是由Gazdar AF等在1982年建系而來(lái),源于鱗狀細(xì)胞肺癌組織;NCI-H520細(xì)胞p53 mRNA表達(dá)水平較正常肺組織低,但是沒(méi)有大的結(jié)構(gòu)DNA的異常。NCI-H520細(xì)胞角蛋白、波形蛋白陽(yáng)性,神經(jīng)絲三聯(lián)蛋白陰性;NCI-H520細(xì)胞在軟瓊脂中可形成克隆。 |
