背景描述 NIH/3T3細(xì)胞是從NIH Swiss小鼠胚胎培養(yǎng)物中建立的高度接觸性抑制的連續(xù)傳代細(xì)胞株。為了培育在形態(tài)學(xué)特征上更適合于進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化分析的亞株,建立的NIH/3T3細(xì)胞株又進(jìn)行了5輪以上亞克隆。NIH/3T3細(xì)胞對(duì)肉瘤病毒的轉(zhuǎn)化灶形成和白血病病毒的繁殖高度敏感,對(duì)DNA轉(zhuǎn)化及轉(zhuǎn)染研究十分有用;NIH/3T3細(xì)胞鼠痘病毒陰性。
