背景描述 | DC2.4是通過用表達(dá)小鼠粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞-CSF(GM-CSF)和myc和raf致癌基因的逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒載體轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)C57BL/6小鼠的骨髓分離物而產(chǎn)生的永生化小鼠樹突狀細(xì)胞。DC2.4表現(xiàn)出樹突細(xì)胞的特征,包括細(xì)胞形態(tài)和樹突細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)記物的表達(dá),以及吞噬MHC I類和II類分子并在其上呈遞外源性抗原的能力。 |
