產品概述
Dulbecco's 改良培養(yǎng)基--DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium)是在MEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎上研制的,與MEM培養(yǎng)基相比,氨基酸的含量增加了2倍,維生素增加了4倍,同時還增加了非必須氨基酸、微量鐵離子以及丙酮酸鈉。DMEM培養(yǎng)基最初設計葡萄糖含量為1000mg/L(低糖型),后來又發(fā)展出葡萄糖含量為4500mg/L(高糖型),現(xiàn)已廣泛應用于各種細胞的培養(yǎng),不含葡萄糖的DMEM培養(yǎng)基可以根據(jù)研究需要,隨意調節(jié)葡萄糖的濃度,方便快捷。
本產品含有多類細胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
