背景描述 | HEC-1-B細(xì)胞是由H·Kuramoto于1968年分離的HEC-1-A細(xì)胞亞株。不同于HEC-A-1的是:HEC-1-B細(xì)胞在培養(yǎng)第135天到190天之間表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定的生長(zhǎng)周期,且重現(xiàn)扁平,與親本細(xì)胞系相比更具鋪路石樣。此外,HEC-1-B細(xì)胞的主要染色體組是親本細(xì)胞的兩倍。 |
