| 背景介紹 | Epidermal growth factor (EGF) stimulates cell growth and differentiation by binding to its receptor, EGFR. Human EGF is a 6-kDa protein with 53 amino acid residues and three intramolecular disulfide bonds. EGF is present in various body fluids, including blood, milk, urine, saliva, seminal fluid, pancreatic juice, cerebrospinal fluid, and amniotic fluid. Biological activities ascribed to EGF include epithelial development, angiogenesis, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, fibroblast proliferation, and colony formation of epidermal cells in culture. |

Q1:因子到貨了，里面有兩管溶液，一個(gè)是水，一個(gè)是海藻糖溶液，用哪一個(gè)稀釋呢？
1、將裝有細(xì)胞因子的管子放入小離心機(jī)內(nèi)短暫離心20~30s（離心機(jī)最大轉(zhuǎn)速即可），使附著在管壁的微量蛋白聚集在管底； 2、先用無菌水溶解因子，很少量水即可溶解因子，注意計(jì)算溶解后濃度不低于100 μg/mL； 3、用贈(zèng)送的含海藻糖的PBS溶液進(jìn)一步稀釋到您實(shí)驗(yàn)合適的濃度即可，然后分裝后放入-20℃以下保藏； 4、因子復(fù)融重懸過程應(yīng)輕柔，不可以震蕩渦旋。
