產(chǎn)品簡介
Dulbecco's改良培養(yǎng)基——DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium)是在MEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ)上研制的,與MEM培養(yǎng)基相比,氨基酸的含量增加了2倍,維生素的含量增加了4倍,同時(shí)還增加了非必須氨基酸、微量鐵離子以及丙酮酸鈉。DMEM培養(yǎng)基維生素的含量增加了4倍,同時(shí)還增加了非必須氨基酸、微量鐵離子以及丙酮酸鈉。DMEM培養(yǎng)基最初設(shè)計(jì)葡萄糖含量為1000mg/L(低糖型),后來又發(fā)展出葡萄糖含量為4500mg/L(高糖型),現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各種細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。DMEM高糖型培養(yǎng)基普遍應(yīng)用于生長快、粘附性低的細(xì)胞、雜交瘤的骨髓瘤細(xì)胞、克隆細(xì)胞、DNA轉(zhuǎn)染的轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞、各種原代病毒宿主細(xì)胞、單一細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)以及疫苗的生產(chǎn),例如利用CHO細(xì)胞表達(dá)EPO和生產(chǎn)乙肝疫苗。
