產品概述
產品簡介
RPMI-1640是Moore等人于1967年在美國紐約州法羅市的羅斯韋爾公園紀念研究所(Roswell Park Memorial Institute,RPMI)開發(fā)出來的,RPMI是該研究所開發(fā)的一類細胞培養(yǎng)基,1640是培養(yǎng)基代號。RPMI-1640是改進型的McCoy's 5A培養(yǎng)基,使用碳酸氫鹽緩沖系統(tǒng),與大多數哺乳動物細胞培養(yǎng)基不同的是其典型的PH8的配方。RPMI-1640培養(yǎng)基最初是為淋巴細胞培養(yǎng)專門設計的,現在已廣泛應用于各種正常細胞和癌細胞的培養(yǎng),尤其是懸浮細胞的培養(yǎng),是使用最為廣泛的培養(yǎng)基之一。
