背景描述 | 一位正常男性前列腺組織切片的周圍區(qū)域的上皮細胞用單拷貝的人乳頭瘤病毒的18 (HPV-18)進行轉(zhuǎn)化,建立了RWPE-1細胞株[PubMed:9214605]。在三維Matrigel培養(yǎng)時,在雄激素作用下,RWPE-1細胞形成腺胞并向培養(yǎng)基中分泌PSA[PubMed:11170142]。當與Matrigel或基質(zhì)細胞混合注射雄性裸鼠時,RWPE-1細胞也能形成腺胞[PubMed:11304724]并產(chǎn)生PSA。來源于RWPE-1細胞再用Kirstin鼠類腫瘤病毒轉(zhuǎn)染Ki-ras基因,建立了能成瘤的RWPE-2細胞株[PubMed:9214605]和RWPE2-W99細胞株。另外,用N-甲醇-N-硝基脲(MNU)處理RWPE-1細胞,建立了一系列模擬前列腺癌進程中不同時期的成瘤細胞株。它們是WPE1-NA22、WPE1-NB14、WPE1-NB11和WPE1-NB26細胞株。據(jù)提供者報道,RWPE-1細胞經(jīng)過檢測,乙肝、丙肝、人免疫缺陷病毒都呈陰性。 |
